Pintando La Ciudad is a short fashion film capturing the essence of being Dominican abroad. Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, Karla carries the vibrant, charming, and spontaneous spirit of her culture with her, painting the city with her colors, energy, and joy.
This film was recognized with the 2024 Huellas de Mi Quisqueya Award, organized by the Institute of Dominicans Abroad that embraces and strengthens the connection between Dominicans around the world and their roots.
